I’m not a writer

I’ve got several personal projects in mind, which i think will earn decent profit on a monthly basis. I had already created the scripts, copied a template design, bought a domain, and i already have a good hosting. The only problem is i don’t know how to write! I just wish that i could write, but my mind does want to write. I guess writing is a special talent, and not all individuals know how to write effectively. I only have 2 options left:

Hire a copywriter, and pay on a per-article basis. Hopefully i can afford the rates of copywriters. I don’t have a big money to invest on this project though
Partner with a copywriter, then split-up the profit from the website.
